Salem One makes an impact at National Postal Forum
Salem One was well represented at this year’s National Postal Forum held in Phoenix, AZ from May 14th-19th.
After two years of virtual substitutes, the premiere conference for the mailing industry was back in-person. Roughly 4,000 enthusiastic attendees including USPS Officials, Marketing Executives and Industry Leaders gathered to network and learn about the positive growth and momentum of all aspects of the mailing industry.
The conference covered topics ranging from a new focus on operational excellence and investment by USPS to the proven effectiveness of direct mail as the performance leading marketing channel (especially when strategically integrated with digital).
Attending the conference from Salem One were Tracy Brooks (Senior Vice President), Doug Dula (Director of Technology), Jon Bowman (Director of Business Development) and Melissa Reed (Scheduling and Logistics).
Jon Bowman led an informative session on “Interactive Print” with a technical overview of how marketers can leverage the strength of the physical mail piece to launch digital engagement.
Melissa Reed gained her certification in Mail Piece Design in order to assist our clients with automation compliant specifications.
The team also spent time with USPS executives and industry leaders and came back informed and ready to put best practices to work for Salem One’s clients.
